Instruction for custom-made orders
In order to reduce the quotation and ordering time, please prepare the following steps before discussing with ACE staffs. We strive to provide you most professional services and quality products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
1) Bring the kitchen floor plan drawing for a brand new kitchen.
2) Measure the existing equipment and draw the diagrams in papers with dimensions as ACCURATE and DETAIL as you can.
If you want to replace an existing equipment, measure and draw the dimensions of the existing equipment. Write down what you dislike about the old equipment and what you like to improve or change.
If you want to add a new equipment on or next to an existing equipment, measure and draw the dimensions of the existing equipment that will apply for the new equipment.
Measure and draw the location of the existing gas pipes, electrical cables, water pipes, and other major equipment that you want to discuss with our professional staffs.
3) Bring your questions and suggestions during ordering.
Our professional staffs will provide you most valued and optimal advices in order to satisfy your requirement, schedule, and budget.
4) If necessary, we need to on-site investigate and measure to assure our products fit your needs.
